Bacon Aioli is a creamy, flavorful dipping sauce that is ideal for french fries, potato wedges or simple bread any sandwich. The crunchy bacon combined with garlic in this mayonnaise based sauce makes it an amazing spread for sandwiches, such as BLT and chicken club sandwiches, as well as hamburgers.
Take a pan and heat it up on high heat. Next, fry the bacon slices until golden and crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and let the slices cool down on a plate.
Place the bacon slices on your cutting board and finely chop them.
Add mayo, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper, as well as the chopped bacon to a bowl. Leave a tablespoon of chopped bacon on the side to decorate the dip later on.
Mix everything until well combined. If not served immediately, cover the bowl with a lid or cling foil and store the sauce in the fridge until you need it.
