Tools

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic (go more or less to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)
  • 1 pinch pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Take a pan and heat it up on high heat. Next, fry the bacon slices until golden and crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and let the slices cool down on a plate.
  • Place the bacon slices on your cutting board and finely chop them.
  • Add mayo, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper, as well as the chopped bacon to a bowl. Leave a tablespoon of chopped bacon on the side to decorate the dip later on.
  • Mix everything until well combined. If not served immediately, cover the bowl with a lid or cling foil and store the sauce in the fridge until you need it.
